At Vinyasa Automotive, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and transparent returns process to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note: Products that are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Certain special-order or clearance items may also be ineligible—these will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received at our facility:

  1. Inspection: Our quality assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  2. Approval Notification: You will be contacted via email regarding the approval or denial of your return.

  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Shipping fees (including return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team – Email us at contact@vinyasaautomotive.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number – Our team will review your request and provide you with a unique RA number along with return instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Package – Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  4. Ship the Item – Send your return to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the shipment for your protection.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or specification, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the exchange as a separate order.
